Shelly is the Finance Director for the Blue Nature Alliance, responsible for overseeing the budget, financial reporting and operations processes for the program. She has a B.A in Sociology from Tulane University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in finance from Troy University. She brings over 20 years experience of non-profit financial management to the Alliance. She lives in Tacoma, WA where she enjoys exploring the shores of the Puget sound and hiking in the Cascade and Olympic Mountain ranges.
