Shubash co-leads the Blue Nature Alliance. He is a conservation practitioner with two decades of experience in strategic planning and managing large-scale conservation projects worldwide. Shubash is passionate about finding new and creative ways to make conservation durable. He strongly believes in a participatory approach to conservation and enjoys working with diverse partners from local communities to the national government leaders. Shubash holds a master’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Tokyo, Japan and a BS (Hons.) degree in biology and environmental science from Kathmandu University.
